Refund policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your Casana Studio products please contact us at hello@casanastudio.com.au. We have a strict 30-day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@casanastudio.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note that any faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of reception in order to qualify. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on plants after purchase. Once plants leave our store they are in your care and we are unable to accept returns for stock damaged due to unfavourable growing or transport conditions. 

We suggest against transporting anything in open air vehicles as this is likely to damage your plants.

Do not leave your plants in your vehicle for any amount of time, they are likely to burn or get heat damage. 

If you are unsure of the required growing conditions for your plant, please head to our Journal for advice, or feel free to ask us as we are more than happy to help. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount less shipping costs on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
